About Energise Therapy – Sports Injury Clinic nicolalucie
Welcome to Energise Therapy – Sports Injury Clinic and Shockwave Therapy Specialists
Linda, the owner and founder of Energise Therapy – Sports Injury Clinic, Ireland, first qualified as a fitness instructor and the early work she did in Dublin based gyms gave her valuable first hand sight of physical exercise and the toll it can take on the body, when injury, overwork or bad posture are involved. It was this early career experience that made her realise the importance of correct diagnosis and rehabilitation when it comes to physical injury and body stress. From that point she decided to take on the challenge of Physical Therapy.
Once qualified, Linda worked from home while continuing her professional development with dry needling, hot stone massage and Orthotic prescription, which have expanded her skills considerably and given her a much more rounded approach to treatment. Linda has always been a keen sports person and from a very early age enjoyed sports from tennis to badminton, swimming to hockey, to name a few but horse riding has always been her key interest.
Along with Linda, our highly skilled team specialises in the treatment of a wide range of problems back/neck pain, headaches, whiplash, trapped nerves, sciatica, sports injuries, foot issues and many more joint, muscle and nervous system problems. It is our mission to ensure everybody is put on the road to enjoying pain free movement, exercise and life in general. In the comfortable surroundings of our Sports Injury Clinic in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, Ireland, just off the M11, you will receive first class one on one personal diagnosis and treatment.
Each person that comes to us is very important and will be given all the time they need. We work hard to make sure anyone who comes to us leaves relaxed and happy with the knowledge of what we can do to help. No question is stupid, no condition is too big or too small for our therapists. At Energise Therapy we pride ourselves on our personal care and treatment from the serious athletes to the seasonal athlete – to a gardener, walker, cyclists, the young, the not so young and given Linda’s passion for horses and horse riding, riders are a specialty of hers.
